  • No. As long as we have access to the pool area, you do not need to be home during your scheduled service.

  • Rain does not usually prevent service. In fact, rain can affect water chemistry, making routine service even more important. Severe weather may result in a rescheduled visit for safety reasons.

  • Simple repairs include minor equipment fixes such as seals, O-rings, fittings, valves, and small leaks. These repairs do not require major disassembly, electrical work, or full equipment replacement.

  • If an issue requires more extensive work, we will clearly explain the situation and provide a professional recommendation before proceeding. No repairs are performed without your approval.

  • We always prioritize cost-effective repairs when appropriate. If replacement is the better long-term option due to equipment age, efficiency, or reliability, we will walk you through your options so you can make an informed decision.
